The Process Overview

1. Application & Evaluation (basic information collecting)
2–5 daysBy filling out an application, we will know more about your lifestyle, pregnancies, medical and work background and our indoor physican will have the first review with your qualification. If your application is accepted, we will reach out to schedule a call to learn more about you and your medical history.

2. Matching with intended parents
1–3 months, average 6 weeksOnce you have passed the application process, we will connect you with families who are searching for help through video chat. By sharing values and more information about life, both you and the family will make a decision of whether to move forward. Once you and your IP agree to help one another, we have an “official match”.

3. Psychological evaluation and background check
3-4 weeksTo make sure you go through a safe and healthy surrogacy journey, a psychologist will be assigned to evaluate your mental state. A background check will also be applied.

4. Physical screening
1 dayYou and your partner will be instructed to go to the appointed clinic to do blood checks and some other tests.

5. Contract signing
1 dayA legal contract will be agreed on and signed between you and the intended parents to clarify each sides’ responsibilities and protect each side. An attorney will assist you to review the contract if you would like one.

6. Preparation of embryo transfer
3 weeks– 1 monthYou will start taking hormone medication and injections as instructed to prepare your body for pregnancy. You will do 2-3 blood checks and ultrasounds during the process to confirm the exact embryo transfer date.

7. Embryo transfer
1 day followed by pregnancy test on day 10You will be given full instructions and details the day before embryo transfer. The embryo will be placed in your uterus by a fertility specialist without any pain.

8. Pregnancy confirmation
1 dayYou will be asked to complete blood tests after 10 days of embryo transfer. Once the pregnancy is confirmed, you will continue with hormone medication and injections for about 10 weeks.

9. Regular check-up
1 dayYou will go to your local hospital and attend appointments as ob/gny instructed during the pregnancy.

10. Delivery Completion
1 dayDelivery is a very special time. By the time of delivery, certain documents will be signed, and our team will guide you step by step. Also, both our team and intended parents will accompany with you in hospital and assist you.
